Display COD option by default and hide if wrong postal code is added.

    Hi There,

    Currently this is the flow on the website.
    User goes to checkout page and they do not see any cod option.
    Now when they enter the postal code and if the postal code matches with the ones I have added in backend settings the COD option is displayed.

    But I want that by default COD option should be displayed and hidden if the postal code entered is wrong or different from the ones I added in backend.
