Display child pages from specific category

Hi,

I’m trying to display a list of child pages in the sidebar from a specific section (e.g. services). I can do this so it displays the child pages when on the parent page, but I want the list to be displayed on every page. At the moment the menu disappears when I navigate to another page.

If anyone can help I’d appreciate it.
