each theme is different so i don’t know how your theme handles it but that’s where I would start for most.
be sure to use a child theme before making any template files.

you could use CSS to make the text invisible, but it’s a better approach to make the change to the template files.

i use a (paid) plugin to fine tune display of posts, but it might not be suitable for your situation or you if all you really want to do is hide the post meta data.
