disparity between live view and editor view

My Blog page used to display my latest posts in a 3-column grid with featured images. Yesterday I cleared my cache because my latest blog post wasn’t uploading in live view. Now the editor shows the grid correctly when I select Grid View, but the live site always displays the posts in a single column. In the template editor, when I click on the list view, I only have the option for 1 column. I’m not sure if I changed something and if so, do not know how to put it back to the 3 olumn grid view on the live site.
