Dismiss for 12 months

Hi team. this message on dismiss never disappear. On reload it appears again. Not every time but we see it again and again. i see this problem exists over a year. i use your plugin on many sites and i have the same problem. I enable disable all but still the same. Even on a fresh installation. Please fix it
