    I’m using your plugin for my ecom site and it’s working pretty well but seems that I’m missing c. 15% of my transaction (in number).
    Don’t think I have that amount of customers having an ad blocker and all those missing transactions are going through the usual payment process (same as the other 85%)
    What could be the reason from your pov ?

    Hi,

    I have access to many ecommerce sites and 15% is quite a usually number for quantity of the missing transactions.

    What you can always check is to open the Behavior->Site content->All pages report in Universal Analytics and filter the list of pages using a missing order ID.

    If you see a pageview in UA for the order received page of a missing order but the transaction itself is missing then GA was loaded but the purchase tracking failed for some reason. If you do not see the pageview next to the missing transaction, that is most likely something that blocked the whole Google Analytics tracking.
