    Hi, unfortunately no you cannot offer 3 for 2. Unless you sell it in packages where the buyer decides to buy a package which contains 3 items but the cost is only for 2 items.

    This plugin is free and not limited. However you might like to check eStore plugin.

    would you know if it’s possible to reduce price after a certain value or quantity in the cart using the discount feature? Although I’m assuming this feature is just for coupon codes.

    Hi, yes that is correct the discount feature is for the coupon code.
