I’m trying to customize WP Events Manager so that the customer gets a discount for multiple day events and/ or multiple tickets. Has this been done before? What is the best way to approach?

you can do it something like these:

ticket 1 is for single bookings e.g. (min/max 1 space) at $100
ticket 2 is for 2 spaces (min 2 max 4) – $90
ticket 3 is for 5 or more spaces (min 5) – $80
