Discount by total cart value?

    Is it possible to set up a discount based on the total cart value?
    For example:
    Spend $300 and get 5% off
    spend $500 and get 10% off
    spend $800 and get 15% off

    The ability to set this up on a specific product category would be ideal.

    This is similar to wholesale pricing, but based on total price, not quantity. Any suggestion?
