Discount based on purchase amount

hi

I’m looking for a relatively complicated kind of discount. I try to describe it through an example:

customer buys 300$–> he/she pays 270$
customer buys between 300 and 500$–> pays 270$ for 300$ purchase and 10% discount for the remaining amount (200$–>180$) as a result he/she pays: 270+180=450$
customer buys 500$–> pays 430$ and so on….

Please let me know if this is possible with this plugin or any other plugin that you know
