Disconnection and Continuous Sync

I am experiencing an issue with the CleanTalk plugin on my website. Every time I access the backend, I notice that CleanTalk appears to be disconnected, and I see a continuous synchronization with the cloud that never seems to stop.
This issue is urgent, and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving it as soon as possible.
