    What a disaster. I upgraded to Pro, they promised me to send 2 packs, they didn’t fulfill their promises. I reminded them, they asked again which packs I want, I answered and nothing. When I mail them now, no reply.

    I changed theme, I have a MAxButtons Pro Key, but when i want to put MaxButtons Pro I have to pay again 20 dollars. The MAxButtons Pro isn’t worth its money and the support is weak.

    Trash.

    Hey Casino,

    First off this belongs in the support forums on MBP.

    If you post it there we’ll get you straightened out with both the packs and the keys. Or just email support@maxfoundry.com with your receipt and we’ll work it out.

    We actually work hard to be on top of all support on both the free and the Pro version. Since we’re working on a couple massive upgrades sometimes things slip between the cracks.

    Thanks for your quick reply! That’s exactly why I post this here, as mailing with MaxFoundry doesn’t have sense. Slip between the cracks… well I got a promise and I reminded a couple of times.

    Let’s see of posting on MBP works out…

    Recent experience made me change my opinion about the support. I guess last year I just had bad luck. Support nowadays is excellent. I would like to change the ration to at least 4 stars, but I don’t see any edit mode here!
