    Very disappointed with the plugin and the genesis theme in general. I used the plugin for a opt-in form on my website and it just looked a mess in the sidebar. I was a youtube video of this plugin being used two year ago and the template now is nothing like it was then.

    Another thing, if you are using mailchip you get a double opt-in option and there isn’t a way to change that. I’m sure a subscriber wouldn’t like to have enter there email twice.

    Just disappointing. 🙁

    Howdy!

    It sounds like something may not have been setup right. Having to add the e-mail address a second time doesn’t happen if the right form fields are entered in the widget settings (it is case sensitive so if it should be EMAIL and you enter email it won’t work).

    As for the styling, the Genesis themes by StudioPress (and many third-party Genesis child themes) include styling for eNews Extended. Without seeing your site, I’m not sure if your particular theme didn’t include support or something else is wrong.

    I am using StudioPress Parallax Pro theme, any cue if this theme include support? I haven’t seen any info on their site about styling for eNews Extended. Another things, the plugin isn’t compatible with my version of WordPress, could that be a problem?

    I’m having this same problem where it’s sending me to another opt-in. I’m so frustrated. I wanted to use this plugin and Mailerlite is telling me it’s not their problem. I made sure everything was right. It just seems so counter-intuitive to make people opt-in 2x and enter that info again. I wouldn’t.
