Disappointed

It is very difficult to get a clear and unequivocal answer from the support.
Moreover, I think it’s a pity that the slightest modification of the header.php is systematically overwritten when CleverFox is updated and that despite the fact of having a child theme, it doesn’t allow to keep the modifications of this file during updates.
The only solution offered by the support is to never update CleverFox… too bad because updates are supposed to improve this pluging…
I am very disappointed that no effective and lasting solution is offered.
