I updated to latest version of WP. Everything worked fine before I updated. When I try to place a page under a Parent Page, after I update that update, the Parent page disappears from the menu and all subpages under it. Even if I remove it from under the parent page, the parent page doesn’t return. When I edit the Parent page that disappeared and select “Add to navigation”, I update but the page doesn’t re-appear and the box is unchecked again when the edit screen refreshes after updating. The only way to get the parent menu back is to type new text into the edit window of the parent page and select “Add to navigation” and then update. This adds the missing parent menu item back to the menu, but places it on the end, not where it was even though it has an order number.
Any help would be appreciated finding a solution.
I am using “Big Theme”.
I’m sorry but as you are using a non-WPORG theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s developers – paid or otherwise. We only support themes downloaded from wordpress.org here.
