    Hello Icegram,

i am working with version 1.9.2 of Icegram under WordPress 4.2.2

If i edit a created message, i am not able to disable “Use theme’s default colors”.

What I do: I create a new message, enter title, choose “Action bar”, choose “Hello”, enter Headline and message body, define position “top”, uncheck “Use theme’s default colors”, press “publish”.
if i edit the new created message, “Use theme’s default colors” is still selected and I am not able to change the colors.

i already reinstalled Icegram. But the problem is still available.

Thanks a lot for your reply and support!

    @sobras,

    Thank you for using Icegram.
If you unchecked “Use theme’s default colors” and leave “Body” and “Text” color blank(bellow checkbox), it will use theme default color as “Body” and “Text” color.
That is why “Use theme’s default colors” set as checked again.
    Hope this helps you.

    Thanks,
    Team Icegram

    Hi Icegram,

on 7th July i got an email from you:

    Hi,
    Sorry for inconvenience.
Ideally after checking “Use theme defaults color” it should show two box to select colors.
You can check it in campaign settings. it is working as expected. It is issue with message settings.
We will provide you fix and also fix this issue in next version.

    Thanks for that.

I updated today to latest Version 1.9.4 and everything is working well now – even while editing a Message in Message Settings i am able to handle “Use theme defaults color” or individual colors.

Thanks for that solution and your help.

    Sobras
