Disabling posts and converting to pages

    I have been advised by a couple of people to convert my blog posts into pages.

    And that my blog http://carrotsandclaret.com/ is the size of the orbit of jupiter’! How difficult or easy would this be, would you recommend it? Could it be done and still have my links with the same URLs?
