Disabled but still causing issues

    Hi
    Try the following solution:
    1)Use your FTP client to connect to your server.
    2)Go to wp-content folder. In it you will find the cache folder.
    3)Delete the cache folder.
    4)Open your website in a fresh tab and do hard refresh (ctrl+ F5)
