disable user after first access

    Hello I need to give access to user only one time (without URL).

    In few words I print credential for a user. This user access to my website and then he is redirect to a page with a questionnaire.

    I need that the user can use the credential only 1 time. After the first login the user must be diabled.

    I evaluate some plugins but I don’t find a solution.

    Can someone help me ?
