Disable the mobile menu from collapsing

Hey,
This is a responsive theme. There is no way for the menu to display the same because there is not space for it on a mobile screen. You would have menus sitting on top on each-other making for a large header.

See what I mean by adding this css:

#nav-second ul.sf-menu {
    display: block;
}
#kad-mobile-nav {
    display: none;
}
#mobile-nav-trigger {
    display: none;
}
#nav-main ul.sf-menu {
    display: block;
}
