Disable Rate Limiting

Hello, we have a total staff of about 160 users who use the company site to submit their daily COVID screenings. THe page is password-protected, so there is no need for anti-spam on this page as it is not public to the web.

Users are getting a msg “Forbidden…You sent forms too often”, how can I disable this just on this one form/page? I have included the full URL on the exclusions inside cleantalk advanced settings in WP but it is still blocking out users.
