Disable preloader, “Preload animation”

    Hello good morning I hope you can help me, since customizing I have deactivated the preloader, “Preload animation” but it keeps coming out, sometimes yes, other times not.
    Is there another way to disable it?
    Even from your side you may not see it at the moment, but I think it behaves randomly, I don’t know how to solve it, thank you very much in advance.

    We checked your shared link and cant get the same issue as you described. Please check your caching system on your website, clear cached data and check again.
