• Hello and good day.

I am selling services and nothing is shipped to the customer.

However, I noticed there is a Paypal Package Tracking widget in the customer order section.

I have already set the product as Virtual.

    How can I disable this?

    Hello @rayeason

You can disable it in the screenelements menu at the top:

    Alternatively, with this snippet:

    add_filter( 'woocommerce_paypal_payments_shipment_tracking_enabled', '__return_false' );

You can add it using a Code snippets plugin or in your theme’s functions.php file. Once it is active, the PayPal Package Tracking section should no longer appear on orders.

    Hope that helps!

    Kind Regards

    Hello and good day.

    Thank you for the response.

I will be using code snippets.

Should this Run Everywhere, Front End Only or Site Wide Body?

Because it is was included on the order form, I am not quite sure which is appropriate.

    Hello @rayeason

Select Run Everywhere for this PHP snippet. That will ensure the filter is active when you open an order in the WordPress admin area. Front End Only and Site Wide Body are not suitable for this.

Save and activate the snippet, then refresh the order page. The PayPal Package Tracking section should disappear.

If this helped and you’re happy with the support, feel free to leave a quick review on WordPress. It means a lot to us and shows that we are needed as support.

    Kind regards,
    Krystian
