Disable Offline Delay?

    Is there a possibility to completely stop sending email notifications if the user is offline. There is an option to send continuously, but I don’t see that there is an option to turn it off completely. Thanks.

    Hi there!

    The Offline Delay setting only controls when an email goes out, not whether one goes out at all — that’s why 0 there means “always send” rather than “never”.

    The switch you’re looking for is the field directly above it: Better Messages → Settings → Notifications → Email Notifications → Notification Interval. Set that to 0 and email notifications are off completely — the sending job is unscheduled entirely, and the “Enable notifications via email” option also disappears from your users’ own notification settings.

    Offline Delay then has no effect, since nothing is being sent.

    Ohh, okay. I didn’t realize that setting this to 0 would actually disable all email notifications. Thanks!
