    Doc Gallery items are currently opening in Google Docs

    Is there a quick way to disable Google Docs and allow download and open instead?

    Google Docs is not available in certain countries such as China, so the users in these countries have no access to the documents.

    Hi @jonathanmoorebcsorg-

    BuddyPress Docs doesn’t support Google Docs in a vanilla configuration. We upload and store files locally on the server. Are you using an extension for BP Docs that adds support for linking to Google Docs, or maybe a different plugin like BuddyDrive?
