Disable downloads

    Any user can download the files which they uploaded. In the advanced settings in the dashboard, you will see “Require Login to Download?”. This setting allows the following behavior:
    1. Admins can always download any file
    2. Regular users can only see/download the files that they upload

    The “groups” plugin allows users to enable sharing of files between users (note the groups plugin requires the premium features plugin).

    There is no way to block users from downloading files which they uploaded. Any file that you can see, you can download.
