Sadly the Admin Columns plugin works only for the Root folder,
it’s doesn’t apply for Subfolders and Images tables.

I am not going to change this. You can use the plugin as-is, report bugs but don’t enter many supprt requests just because is doesn’t work the way you want.

You can filter the columns arrays with:
'eazyest_gallery_images_columns' and 'eazyest_gallery_subfolders_columns'
(trunk)
Filters are working.
Subfolder/Images table Date column width is very narrow (even the date without the published word).

Hiding the Description (excerpt) column for Images table makes a confusion for the View mode icons, because there will be no difference …
