Disable Click on Top Level Categories

http://www.ocpantherpride.com I want to disable clicking on the top level categories. So, if you look at the menu and see Football, I want “Football” to not be clickable, but “Team Rep Updates” and every other subcategory to be clickable.

Any ideas?
