Sorry, I don’t think I fully understand what you’re trying to do.
Do you mean clicks on images on your live website, or clicks on images within the Perfect Images dashboard?
Perfect Images handles image generation, Retina images, and modern image formats, but it doesn’t include a setting to disable opening images at full size on the front end. That behavior is usually controlled by your theme, page builder, gallery plugin, or lightbox settings. For example, you can often set the image link to None instead of linking to the full size image.
