Thank you for sharing your experience. There have been no reported issues on our end indicating that the Container feature is causing problems specifically due to newer PHP versions.
If you would like to disable the feature, you can go to WordPress Dashboard → Elementor → Settings → Features/Experiments and set the relevant Container feature to Inactive, then save the changes. You can also access the settings directly at:
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=elementor-settings#tab-experiments
Please note that disabling Containers does not convert existing Container-based content back into Sections and Columns. Existing content created with Containers may remain on the site, but you will no longer be able to add new Container elements while the feature is disabled. You will instead use the traditional Sections and Columns when creating new layouts.
If disabling the feature resolves the issue, we recommend also checking that Elementor and Elementor Pro are updated to compatible versions, clearing any site/server cache, and testing with other plugins temporarily disabled. This can help determine whether the behavior is related to Containers or an interaction with another component.
