Disable all redirects

Hi,

I have a wordpress website on hoteltvcompany.co.uk and another on hoteltvcompany.co.uk/support/. I added the redirection plugin on the main hoteltvcompany.co.uk website a couple of days ago and for some reason it started redirecting my /support/ website to the homepage of hoteltvcompany.co.uk. I have not set that redirect up, it just started after i installed the plugin and i can’t find how to remove it.

The only way i could make it stop was by adding redirection-disable.txt file to the plugin folder. Do you know how i can make it stop redirecting /support/ without disabling all other redirects?

I tried deactivating and deleting the plugin but the redirect keeps happening so i’m stuck having the plugin active with ‘redirection-disable.txt’ file.
