directory plugin advice which one to use

Hi, i wonder if anyone can help. I am looking at doing two things.

1. I want to find a plugin where i can offer advertising to business owners nationally. I want them to be able to do a search and find what they are looking for. I did try one which i bought but it does not work and i cannot get hold of support. is there a free one i can try that looks professional before buying one.
2. I am looking at building a section on my site where people can list their caravans for people to rent. Is there a plugin that can do this
