After the recent updates to UM, our directory is only showing 100 users, but we have close to 400. The pager at the bottom of the directory list is grayed out. We’re using Elementor to display the table, and it is at the latest versions (4.1.4). Under “Who to Show” I’ve set it at 1000, and under “Table Interaction” I’ve set Users Per Page at -1. Including a screenshot of some of those settings below.

I saw the notes about customized templates affecting the new major version upgrades, but we’re not using any custom templates for this functionality, just the out of the box Elementor widgets that are available. FWIW when I try to display a default UM directory via shortcode on a regular WP page, nothing ever displays, it just spins trying to load.

It feels like I’m just missing some setting in the new format, but I haven’t found it yet. Please let me know! Thanks in advance!

    Hello @pasttenseofdraw

Our plugin has blocks for Gutenberg, but not for Elementor. You’re likely using a third-party plugin. Try adding a directory the usual way – using the directory shortcode. You can copy the directory shortcode on wp-admin > Ultimate Member > Member Directories, see https://ibb.co/RTkfpzkS

Then go to the directory settings on wp-admin > Ultimate Member > Member Directories > Edit and verify these settings, see https://ibb.co/gbCNfVyJ

    • Maximum number of profiles
    • Number of profiles per page
    • Number of profiles per page (for Mobiles & Tablets)

Make sure that the “Maximum number of profiles” setting is set to 0, this will disable the limitation.

Thank you for the response. When I tried using the shortcode to display yesterday, it wasn’t working, just giving me a spinning wheel that never loaded. I ran the available update today and it started working again.

My mistake for thinking the issue was here – I forgot we’re using the Ultimate Member Widgets for Elementor plugin to display via Elementor. I’ve started a thread there to figure out what’s going on. I appreciate your help.
