Directory not index.php on login
-
I’m running WP on IIS on WIndows XP Pro at home. Install went fine except that when I login, I get redirected to the directory listing in my browswer and not index.php which I then have to manually click on.
I think this is affecting my install because, when I try to Update File changes to a template modification I get php errors down the page viz:
Warning: fopen(../index.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\scrapbook\wp-admin\templates.php on line 71
Warning: fwrite(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\scrapbook\wp-admin\templates.php on line 72
Warning: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\scrapbook\wp-admin\templates.php on line 73
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at c:\inetpub\wwwroot\scrapbook\wp-admin\templates.php:71) in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\scrapbook\wp-admin\templates.php on line 74
scrapbook is my name for WP
Perhaps these issues are not related but I thought I’d ask in case they are. It’s bugging me cos I want to install the On This Day hack and I can’t edit my template.php file.
Cheers
Marv
