    Good day support team.

    I have an issue when searching and filtering on the Directorist listing.

    The companies add just fine and got the google maps to work.
    However, when searching for the companies that are added, it takes me to the home page and does not show me the companies I am searching for!

    Am I missing a setting?
    What needs to be in place for the search to work?

    Hi,
    We are sorry for that you have run into trouble here. Please confirm us that if the search result page is assigned in the Directory Settings >> Page, Links & Views? If not then please assign it and try again.

    We noticed that there is no header area in the all listing page. Though it is not mandatory but recommended to keep it for better user experience. You can enable the header for the all listing page from Directory Settings >> Listing Settings >> Listings Page >> Display Header >> Yes.

    Hello Support team,
    First of all greetings from India. You have made a fantastic plugin.
    I have the same issue. My search and filter does not work. It just redirects to home page. I am sure I am missing something here.
    I have deactivated all other plugins but still does not work. I also checked individual pages and matched the shortcodes. I did what you advised above{checked Directory Settings >> Page, Links & Views}. Still I am having the same issue.

    Please let me know what could be done for this.
    My other question is : Is this plugin scalable? Can it handle a million entries? I am starting this site and it might{hopefully} get big. I would of course be willing to pay for it.

    I contacted them on email. They have a fantastic support and solved my issue.
