Digital products link not working

Are you adding the link properly?

1. Set to Downloadable
2. Open Download tab in Product Data
3. Click Upload File
4. Upload File
5. Verifu Link (needs to be full link ie. http://siteurl/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/’file’
6. Save

If these don’t render proper results then I recommend some basic troubleshooting. Try deactivating all plugins except Jigoshop and see if it works then.
