Differentiate between package types

    Good morning,

    I’ve a question regarding the different packing types. When I create a label, I can select the product, but the customer always pays the same price, right?

    It does not work, that I have “DHL Paket” and “DHL Kleinpaket”, and if the products in the cart are only small and have a certain weight combined, that the customer will pay less for shipping, right?

    Its just up to me in the backend to decide which product of DHL I want to use for the order.

    Is that right?

    Hi @torbentschechnegmailcom ,

    yes, that’s right.

    The customer will always pay the shipping price defined at checkout in WooCommerce.

    This plugin does not calculate or change shipping costs based on DHL products.

    To clarify:

    The customer pays the same shipping price, regardless of DHL Paket or DHL Kleinpaket.

    The plugin does not automatically choose a cheaper DHL product based on size or weight.

    You choose the DHL product manually in the backend when creating the label.

    This is expected behavior. The plugin is for label creation only, not for live shipping rate calculation.
