Different Theme Setting per Language

Hi all,

My template uses a panel to define certain content and attributes, e.g. address of our business. All text fields are found by polylang and can thus be translated. In this panel there is also an option to define the contact page of my website. My website is set up in German and English and I would like to select/define different contact pages for each language. How can this be done?
