These forums are not for soliciting business or promoting your site. If you want to help here, cool. If you continue to promote your business then you’ll be banned.

Please do not do that again.

I do not promote my web, Im asking for help with my web (which I didnt say its name)

The forum moderator’s response was to another forum user who apparently was using this topic to advertise their services rather than trying to help you. That’s a no-no around here. 🙂

With regard to your issue, this would, almost certainly, be caused by your theme. What theme are you using? Where did you download it from?

We are unable to assist users of commercial themes with specific advice here. In part because the source code is not available to us. You should seek help through themeforest’s support channel.

Generally speaking, it sounds like the media queries in the CSS are not set up properly. Your browser’s CSS inspector tool can help you figure this out. It should have a mobile device mode that simulates different screen sizes. Or you can simply resize your window to the appropriate size in most cases.

another strange thing is that if I put another 2 computer’s screen in the same resolution, I can see the web ok, its only on one computer, maybe is not about screen resolution?

Perhaps. Different browsers can behave differently, or even different versions of the same browser, or same version on different O/S. Generally speaking, well composed CSS should appear identical on all browsers if everything is up to date. Older browsers definitely have quirks causing display issues. There are probably still quirks here and there, but compatibility is much better than it used to be.
