Different RSS feeds on different pages?

    I’m new to WordPress and have started out with the Pilcrow theme which I am having fine success with. I was wondering, however, about the RSS feeds. I am using the Sidebar-Content theme option, and have set up some RSS feeds on my home page. For other top level pages, I would like to set up different RSS feeds than those which appear on the home page but I do not see how this can be done. Is it possible to put different RSS feeds on different pages? Thank you.
