Hi I’m stuck in my battle with taxes and hope there’s a bright head here who can help me out.

I have a product setup as $139 including taxes.

When bought from my home country in the cart your told the price is $111.2 and taxes are $27,8.

Now here comes the tricky part! If someone purchases my product international I need them to still pay $139 but on the cart page show the price as $139 and with no taxes.

    example just to clarify.

    Customer 1 from Denmark (local).
Buys my product at $111.2 + $27.8 taxes

Customer 2 from Norway (not local)
Buys my product at $139 + 0 dollars in taxes.

    Is this scenario possible?
