How do I get different header images for different pages?
Why is the header image so small and in the wrong place on the on the home page?

I have no idea how you put that image there on your static homepage.
Have you tried simply setting featured images to your pages?
Have you tried setting up the theme as shown on the documentation page?
Yes it’s very odd, yes the featured image is set, and the theme set up as shown.

Thanks for the response, yes I have copied this as much as I can (I don’t have Social icons by WPzoom) but I also don’t want social icons there.

This is how the image appears on the top right, if I apply this then this header image appears across all pages.
You can add any widgets you want to any sidebar you want.
If you want an image widget in the header, then that will be displayed. I don’t know why a different outcome is expected.
However our live demo does not have anything like that.
As you can see, I am struggling, and have confirmed a few times that I am using the information as given in the documentation. Is there any chance you could log in, not to do any work but to at least tell me where I am going wrong
Why are you adding any Header Images anyway? I can confirm that the demo has none.
If you want a hero image on a page – set it as a featured image. That’s all it takes.
That is what I have done, I included screenshots above.
Two screenshots, both of the widgets screen.
The theme does not use widgets to create the demo.
The documentation does not say anything about image widgets or adding images via widgets.
Why are we talking about image widgets?
We are talking image widgets because your documentation says to use an image widget for site header , and you event a screenshet fo the widget structure.
As what I want isn’t working – featured image – I started to explore and find what I can as the documentation doesn’t really go further, to solve my issue of a header image.

On the demo page there is a image/carousel that is full width. How can I replicate this?
On the Reversed Sidebar page there is a full width image of a bible. How can I replicat this so that I have different images for different pages.
I have tried the featured image option and it has not work.
If you have documentation for this option, please can you point me in the right direction.

Can you show me where exactly the documentation says anything about adding image widgets to the header?
Don’t add any header images.
Add featured images.
Go to Appearance > Customize > Theme Settings. For some reason you completely avoid going to this page.
You are either looking at some other documentation page or you choose to ignore the information from the documentation.
