Different email text if checkbox is checked

    Hello,
    this should be really simple but I haven´t found a solution yet.
    I have a checkbox called “newsletter”. If it´s checked the email text should be something like “Please click here to confirm …”, if not, no text.
    Do I need the Conditional Fields plugin for this?

    Yes.

    Yes, you can do this with the Contact Form 7 plugin.
    e.g. If your Form checkbox uses the form-tag [checkbox check-here], then in Mail include the checkbox mail-tag and your required text on the same line e.g. [check-here] Please click here to confirm. Then, in Mail select Exclude lines with blank mail-tags from output.
