• Hi,
It’s hard to explain what I want to do. In my case is two service providers, but they working in different places. Also for both service providers is only one manager, so only one service provider can work at time. I created two reservation pages, with different shortcodes for both service providers, and capacity for service is 1, because service is only one, and client don’t care, which service provider will do it.

So my question is: It’s somehow possible, insert in confirmation email that address, where working selected service provider?
Because I don’t know how, but clients always coming to wrong address.

I hope You will understand, what I’m talking about.

  • Hey there darwudas,

    How are you doing today?

Unfortunately I’m not really sure I understand the setup that you’re having 🙁

Is there any specific reason you’re not having these as two separate services called by their location and different working hours? Can you please add more details so I can try to help.

    Best regards,
    Bojan

    Hi Brojan,
    Thanks for a quick response.

Maybe I incorrectly explained my situation in last post. I have some small business which is called “Escape Room”. Now I have two escape rooms, and they is in different places. But I’m planning to open third room soon. That’s why I can’t use only different services, because in free version of Your plugin, I can create only two services.
Only one room can work in time, because I can’t be in two places at the same time. In my website will be three pages, one for each room. In that pages, I wrote correct address, but clients not always reading whole text, and sometimes they do not know, where to come. So I want, that when they make appointment, in appointment confirmation email would be that address, where they have to come.

    Best regards,
    Darwudas

    Hey again Darwudas,

Thanks for the clarification, this makes perfect sense now 🙂

In this case since you’ll be the one “true” provider, why don’t you name those providers after their actual locations and then use translation files to change the text “Please choose a service provider” to “Please choose your location” for example.

After that since confirmation/reminder emails both use “SERVICE_PROVIDER” macro that outputs provider name you can use that to actually display the location in the email.

Could something like this work for you?

    Cheers,
    Bojan
