    Hi HouseSoul.

Something is definitely up, because the impressions are way lower than submissions which is skewing the numbers to a 769% conversion rate.

I don’t know what could be affecting that submission rate number to be so off. I looked at a few of my sites and didn’t see any with submission rates higher than the impressions.

Do you have a link to your site?

    Thank you!

    Hello,

There may be a couple reasons the number is off.

If the form is set to ajax, and the form is loaded 1 time and submitted 10 times without ever refreshing the page – that is 1 impressions and 10 submissions, which would be 1,000% submission rate

Also, the subscriber vs submissions rate is different because people (bots?) may be submitting the form and not clicking the double opt-in.

    I hope this helps.

    Thank you!
