• Installed just fine, created & added api keys, everything looked great, but when I look at my actual login & registration forms — which are the default ones — there’s no captcha. Seems to be a common problem with this plugin, which is a shame; I was hoping for an easier solution to this problem.

Thank you for trying our plugin vagabondtabby.

I am sorry to read that you have encountered issues with the plugin. During the setup wizard, after setting up the integration the plugin asks you to select on which pages you’d like to displace the CAPTCHA checks, as seen here: https://prnt.sc/nECzZDyp6QOu

Just to confirm, did you select the login and registrations pages?

If yes and the CAPTCHA is still not showing, there could be a number of issues that could be causing this, depending on the CAPTCHA service you chose, the version, your theme, your WordPress and PHP verson and several other factors.

We can assist you in fixing this issue. To do so can you please send us the System Info file from the Help & Contact Us section in the plugin and send it to us via email at support@melapress.com?

Please do not share this file on this public forum because it contains details about the technical setup of your website.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
