    Hi @cloudykuan,

    Just to make sure that we’re on the same page, is the issue on the backend when trying to create a product or on the frontend?

    * If it is on the backend, you can get started with a conflict test to see if it’s a plugin/theme causing the issue.

    * If it is on the front end, kindly share with us the affected product link.
