Hmm, on the tests I am doing, seems that this is a needed feature to establish a good conversation with the user, because depending of his answer on this second question there is no way to give a proper statement about the product. Does that have a work around in some way? Maybe through development (which I am might available to help in some way) or through a pro version of some module?
Or you do not agree this is a feature that could be on the roadmap? Tks!
The Pro version already has a feature to trigger a specific intent from DialogFlow or Conversational form builder when the chatbot loads.

That is good to know, so I will be able to set a fallback for the “what can I help you question”. Otherwise I would need a @sys.any keyword, what could mess things then. Closing this thread now. Thank you! 😉
