Diacritics not displaying correctly

The grave accent is being displayed incorrectly. For example, it should display as Παῦλος καὶ Σιλουανὸς but this is actually rendered with the first grave accent not over the iota in kai but next to the uppercase sigma. The grave that is over the omicron displays over the sigma. Somehow, apparently due to an upgrade? the accent got shifted over. Other accents and diacritics seem ok. Anyone else seeing this behavior? Database is set to utf-8.
