    The store owner correctly configures the module.
    But when a customer makes a purchase, you don’t see the price response.

    I have de request and response xml.
    And i have screenshots of the configuration.

    You can attach the debug mode here, and also attach the screenshot using snag.gy.

    Please make sure you remove your account number and site ID and password from the xml file.

    Few things you can check before you send me the details:
    1. try using the account rates instead of List rates in the plugin settings->Rate request type.
    2. Make sure you have weight and dimensions in your product.
    3. Make sure you’re using live API credentials as provided by DHL(if you don’t have one please register with DHL express and send a request to xmlrequests@dhl.com once you receive the account number for your account).
